Twice.
But McGuinty did a lot of good in the province during his tenure… particularly in the field of education (notwithstand the wage freeze, which is more a labour policy than education).
So he should not be hudged solely on the actions of the past couple of months.

That doesn’t change the fact that he dug a big hole, jumped in, and ordered the hole filled with manure. When he got up to his neck, he decided he needed to spend time with his family.

Why aren’t the Libs haranguing him over proroguation like they did Harper? It was clearly a political ploy to avoid answering for his incompetence, just like it was for Harper.
