   I believe this sort of temperature Yoyoing is caused by Mother Nature upset at people calling June 21 the first day of summer rather than midsummer day. Either that or the shut down of parliament disperses hot air around the country instead of focusing it in Ottawa and it takes time for the natural environment to deal with the huge change in man made heat in the area.
