That’s how it was in 2002 when I used OC Transpo to bus to work, just a 10 minute ride at the longest. Sometimes the bus couldn’t stop for me. Investing in public transportation, are we?
As best I can tell, once every three months, the chief of scheduling and resource management at OCTranspo shows up at a scheduled appointment with a proctologist. The doctor removes the next quarter’s schedule and resource allocation, and posts it to the city.
